I'd be a boring Jedi with a purple lightsaber (yes, you're not the only one, Master Windu) who always respect the code and the decisions of the council... and propably dies without having any relevance in the main storyline.
I'd like to think I was cooler than that but yeah, I'd totally be that side character whose name you never learn/hear only once in passing, and I'd die unceremoniously during Order 66, without any relevance to the main plot beyond dying like so many others.
Fun fact: They invented purple lightsabers just because Samuel L. Jackson wanted one for his character.
I don't think I'd be a Jedi or a Sith. I'd rather be one of those freewheeling smuggler/bounty hunter/mercenary/general scoundrel types. You get a sweet ship and a cranky co-pilot, and you can set your own hours. What's not to like?
Like I said in one of my posts in May, I would like to say I'd be a Jedi. I like to follow the rules and the law (for the most part).
But if the Sith had gotten to me first, then I'd be a Sith. I can totally see myself seeing their point. I would probably consider the Jedi somewhat ignorant, I would think of their view as limited and all that because they don't use the "dark side of the force". I would probably proudly hold some noble notion of how it's all force and how there wouldn't really be "dark" or "light" side to it etc.
I'm not sure I'd slip to the Sith side if I'd been raised the Jedi way, under the influence of the Council, first. I'd probably be too attached to the teachings already. Like I said, I like to follow the rules.
Either way, my lightsaber would be blue. >:D (Maybe silver, but likely blue)
I would be a Jedi with a crimson lightsaber, constantly dripping the boiling blood of my enemies! I would be the anti-hero! :)
